1:1 coaching sessions conducted online

All services are delivered digitally.

3. Nature of Services

All programs and coaching sessions are educational and personal development services.

They do not constitute:

Medical advice

Psychological therapy

Psychiatric care

Legal advice

Financial advice

Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

4. Registration & Access

Access to programs is granted after full payment or payment plan validation.

Participants are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

Ensuring a stable internet connection

Using the platform respectfully

Access rights are personal and non-transferable.

5. Payments

You waive your right of withdrawal once access is provided

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the sales page:

Online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Rescheduling of 1:1 sessions requires at least 24 hours notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided within Divine Alchemy programs is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes:

Course materials, Videos, Workbooks, Audio recordings, Written teachings, Branding and program structures.

Participants may not: Reproduce, Share, Distribute, Sell, Record live sessions, Copy or repurpose materials

Content is for personal use only.

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

9. Community Conduct

Participants accessing the community space agree to:

Maintain respectful communication

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful language.

Not promote unrelated services without authorization.

Unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate conduct, harassment, or persistent attempts at romantic or sexual interaction are strictly prohibited within this community.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines without refund and the behaviour may result in legal action depending on it.

10. Limitation of Liability

Divine Alchemy is not liable for:

Personal decisions made by participants

Emotional reactions arising from self-development work

Technical issues related to third-party platforms

Temporary service interruptions

Indirect or consequential damages

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own responsibility.

11. Platform Hosting (Ivorey)

Programs are hosted on the Ivorey platform.
Access and technical availability depend on this third-party provider.

We are not responsible for:

Platform outages

External service disruptions

Changes made by the platform provider

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Technical failures

Natural events

Government restrictions

Illness

IIn such cases, services may be rescheduled.

14. Modification of Services
